Camellia Waldorf School

Camellia Waldorf School is seeking a Class Teacher for its Seventh Grade. 

Founded in 1989, Camellia Waldorf School is an urban school with 140 students from diverse cultural backgrounds and financial situations. As a school, we are committed to the fullest development of the curriculum, the health of the teachers, the continued study of Anthroposophy as the spiritual foundation of the education, and a balanced budget. We have weekly faculty meetings, as well as a weekly faculty study. Rudolf Steiner College, Raphael Therapy Center, and a Christian Community Church are within 30 minutes.

The Camellia community that surrounds our children includes the devotion and support of a strong parent body and Board of Trustees. We currently have one Nursery class, two Kindergartens and Grades 1 - 8 and we offer Spanish, Music, Movement (including Circus Arts) and Eurythmy. We have graduated eight Eighth Grade classes.
