Aftercare Programs
Camellia Waldorf School offers aftercare for preschool children through 8th grade. The purpose of the aftercare program is to provide a nurturing environment, consistent with the ideals of Waldorf education. The children are grouped by age, and a rhythm is maintained of quiet time, storytelling, outdoor creative play, snack, crafts, and seasonal activities. Provision is also made for older students to do homework.
The aftercare programs are available on a contracted basis, on school days. Occasional, unscheduled aftercare is available for 1st through 8th grade students for an hourly drop-in rate of $16 per hour (please refer to contract rates below for more information).

Offered daily, until 5:15 p.m.

1st through 8th Grade
1st and 2nd Grade Aftercare
No additional charge until 3:15 p.m.
Daily, 3:15pm - 5:15 p.m.

Aftercare fees are payable in 10 or 12 monthly payments (beginning in July), or one annual payment due by July 31.
Unscheduled drop-in rate: $16 per hour, billed per portion of a half hour.
Early dismissal - 2:15 p.m., is on Fridays and 2nd-8th grade students are eligible for Aftercare until 3:15 at no charge.
Please note that picking up your child late from aftercare will result in a $1 per minute late fee.
